Even Evil Has Standards

Or, in this case... Even Archie hates Tentacool.

Believe it or not, this was somewhat inspired by a comment I saw on YouTube. (Gasp, YouTube comments are good for something!) That, and all the water routes in Hoenn seem to be part of the reason why the poor third gen games got so much hate when they first came out.

...Although let's ignore the fact that the background is supposed to look like Mt. Chimney, and at that point the player couldn't have run into any Tentacool yet.

But anyway. Yeah, I didn't feel like drawing the hoods... But Archie would just look odd without something on his head, so I gave him a Magma-themed bandanna.

Also... I know panel one is kind of derpy-looking, but I think I made up for that by making Maxie look so... pretty... in panel two.
